New Zealand customers
- Delivery is free for all orders within New Zealand and it is insured to your door.
Once your goods are ready for dispatching and your payment has been cleared, goods will be couriered to the address provided by you. A physical address must be advised as we do not courier to P.O Boxes.

For security reasons all packages will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that there is someone available to receive and sign for your package upon delivery. Your order will be packaged securely to prevent any damage and will not contain sender’s details for security reasons.
Delivery Times
Delivery within New Zealand is approx. 5 – 10 working days (except rural areas), subject to availability of the product.Any custom made jewellery or jewellery that may be out of stock will take between 3 – 6 weeks to manufacture. In this instance we will require a 50% deposit to confirm your order (direct credit payment only) and the balance to be paid before dispatching.
Please expect delays during public holidays. You will however be notified when your order has been dispatched and will also be advised of your courier tracking number.
Insurance
All products are insured by the company until it has been received and signed for upon delivery.
International Customers Shipping & Delivery times
Orders will be sent using either Fedex or DHL and we will provide you with an airway bill number and shipment date so that you may track your order. The shipping costs will depend upon the country the goods are being shipped to. These additional costs are the customer’s expense; however we will inform you of these costs in your order invoice.
There may be additional import charges, duty and taxes in your country, these costs are entirely your liability therefore we advise you to enquire regarding these costs prior to ordering.
Delivery times may vary in every country, however, please allow between 3-6 weeks for your goods to be delivered. We will advise you of a precise timeframe once your order has been confirmed.
